I started out a a skinny twig.
Weighed about a buck 50 standing at 6'3. It was always so hard for me to put on any weight or size.
Around the age of 17 I started really getting into strength training. I needed it for basketball, but it was therapeutic for me. A little escape where I didn't have to worry about putting a ball through a net or making sure my grades were high enough.
My junior year of collegiate basketball, I got hurt and ended up getting Covid-19. My basketball dreams quickly came to an end. But strength training was always there.
I ended up switching career paths and becoming a fitness coach, focusing on men's health and fitness. Over the last 5 years, I have helped 100's of men in person and online see better results than ever before because of my athletic background.
